Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions set out herein below govern the use of Burble Soft Laundry's ('the Company') services offered and available on the website Laundrybox24.com, all its official Android / iOS app and all related sub-sites ('the Site'). The User is advised to read them carefully as they affect the User's rights and liabilities under the law. By using the Site, the User is deemed to have agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this agreement ('the Agreement'), as well as those terms and conditions incorporated by reference and/or implication.

The Company may amend the terms and conditions from time to time.The User will be notified of any amendments via announcement on the Site. If the User continues to use the Site and/or services provided by the Company on the Site ('the Services') after the date on which any amendments come into effect, the User shall be deemed to have consented to be bound by the amended terms and conditions. In the event the User does not agree to the amendments, the User shall not continue to use the Site and/or the Services.

By creating an Account, you agree that the Services may send you informational text (SMS) messages and Emails as part of the normal business operation of your use of the Services. You may opt-out of receiving text (SMS) messages and Emails from LaundryBox24 at any time by sending a request to support@laundrybox24.com You acknowledge that opting out of receiving text (SMS) messages or emails may impact your use of the Services.

Orders that have not been paid for within 30 days of the drop off date will be considered abandoned and all property will be donated to charity. UNCLAIMED ITEMS (LaundryBox24) All property once returned to a locker must be removed from the locker by customer within 76 hours. Property not claimed after 76 hours will be removed from the locker and items will be delivered back to our laundry center. Customers have up to 30 days to claim their property from our HQ /Selected nearest branch location. Any property not claimed within 30 days of the original returned date will be donated to charity.

All property once ready for collection must be collected within 30 days unless notified and agreed upon. Any property not claimed within 30 days of the original notified date for collection will be donated to charity or sold to rec over the cost of cleaning. 

Laundrybox24 follows the standards and policies set forth by our organization. We exercise the utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. We can not guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics; or against damage to ancillary items such as belts, buttons, beads, ties or zipper pulls. Laundrybox24's liability with respect to any damaged items shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition. Any damaged items must be reported via email to support@laundrybox24.com and returned to Laundrybox24’s HQ for inspection within 5 business days. LOST ITEMS When leaving items in lockers, please ensure that your locker has been correctly closed and locked. Laundrybox24 Launderette is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from a failure to properly lock the locker. Our LaundryBox is under 24 hours surveillance, however Laundrybox24 Launderette will not be responsible for any lost items under any circumstances when using LaundryBox24 Locker. We will however try out best to assist any matter relating to this. All claims of lost items will be reviewed on case to case basis and the final decision shall be made using available evidence. Shall LaundryBox24 Launderette find any possibility of a fraud case, Mama Jo Launderette will immediately close the case and hand it over the appropriate authority if required. 

Although, we try as hard as possible track such items, we are not responsible for loose items such as jewelry, watches, cash, detachable buttons, cuff-links, belts, broaches, stings, laces, hoods or loose items on garments, hangers, etc.. We request that customers remove these items and empty pockets prior to leaving items with us as we can not be held responsible for damage to your garments from items left in pockets (Lipstick, Gum, Pens, etc.). 

Service days and turnaround time vary by location and service required. LaundryBox24 will make its best reasonable effort to adhere to our service schedule, however, we do not guarantee turnaround times and assume no responsibility for any damages that may occur due to a delay in service. REWARD POINTS / CREDITS All customers at LaundryBox24 will be entitled to earn credits for every top-up made at any LaundryBox24 portal. Credits can then be used as cash value to

offset the amount of the total bill due on your order. (1 credit = RM 1.00). Credit cannot be converted into cash Money. Laundrybox24 reserve all rights to not allow any credits redemption or accumulation if found or suspect any fraud cases.
